SALAD MAGIC! 5 workshops PREPARING & COOKING INTERESTING & TASTY SALAD MEALS.
Week 1 (22nd Feb) - Yum Yum Sushi Salad, with Salmon Skewers - cook sushi rice, mix with salad vegetables, toss with a Japanese dressing then top with salmon skewers.
Week 2 (29th Feb) - Breakfast Salad, with Haloumi & Smashed Avo - quinoa, greens, eggs & sauerkraut (who says children can’t enjoy a “posh breakfast” too?)
Week 3 (8th March) - Buddha Bowl with Panko Crusted Tofu & Satay Sauce - soba noodles, edamame, roasted cabbage etc dressed with an almond satay sauce.
Week 4 (15th March) - Crispy Roasted Chickpea & Cauliflower Salad - with sunflower seeds, mint, parsley mixed with a roasted garlic, yoghurt dressing. We’ll add pan-fried chicken thigh.
Week 5 (22nd March) - Fruit Salad Split with chocolate sauce - plus table setting fun! Memories of old, with a twist on the banana split! There will be lots of seasonal fruit, topped with chocolate sauce & maybe a scoop of something sweet!

All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
