(2 hr Workshop) $55
You will make:
Breakfast Salad, with haloumi, egg, smashed avocado & quinoa (who says you can’t make a delicious salad for breakfast - this combination could easily be made for lunch or even dinner)
You will learn to:
Read a recipe
Use a knife safely to chop and slice vegetables
Cook quinoa
Cook soft-boiled eggs
Cook haloumi
Recognise & prepare salad vegetables
Explore new flavours e.g. radishes, sauerkraut
Identify key safety aspects around the kitchen
Follow instructions and work as a team
All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join the same workshop on another day.
