Suitable for 9 – 16 year olds
(2 hr Workshop) $55

You will make:

  • Crispy Chickpeas

  • Baked Cauliflower Florets with a pomegranate molasses drizzle

  • Roasted Garlic & natural yoghurt dressing

  • Sautéed chicken thighs

 You will learn to:     

  • Read a recipe

  • Use a knife safely to chop vegetables & herbs

  • Roast cauliflower florets and chickpeas separately

  • Make a yoghurt, roasted garlic and tahini dressing

  • Sauté tender chicken thighs to accompany salad

  • Identify key safety aspects around the kitchen

  • Follow instructions and work as a team


All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.

If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join the same workshop on another day.
