You will make:
Soba Noodle Buddha Bowl
Panko Crusted Tofu
Almond Satay Sauce
You will learn to:
Read a recipe
Use a knife safely to chop vegetables
Cook soba noodles
Recognise & prepare salad vegetables, including edamame, carrot & cabbage for buddha bowl
Cut, marinate, “bread” and bake to create delicious crispy tofu
Measure ingredients & make almond satay sauce
Identify key safety aspects around the kitchen
Follow instructions and work as a team
All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join the same workshop on another day.
