You will make:
Crispy Chickpeas
Baked Cauliflower Florets with a pomegranate molasses drizzle
Roasted Garlic & natural yoghurt dressing
Sautéed chicken thighs
You will learn to:
Read a recipe
Use a knife safely to chop vegetables & herbs
Roast cauliflower florets and chickpeas separately
Make a yoghurt, roasted garlic and tahini dressing
Sauté tender chicken thighs to accompany salad
Identify key safety aspects around the kitchen
Follow instructions and work as a team
All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join the same workshop on another day.
