You will prepare and cook:
Individual Mango & Berry Trifles, made with gelatin free jelly, savoiardi lady fingers, cream and homemade custard
Meringues, filled with cream
You will learn to:
Identify, weigh and measure ingredients
Follow a recipe
Use knives safely to peel, chop and slice fruit
Make a delicious custard for the trifle
Whip cream
Separate eggs
Beat egg white
Cook as part of a team
Take directions regarding hygiene and safety around the oven and kitchen
All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
