MANGO & BERRY TRIFLE, AND MERINGUES- SOLD OUT!

Suitable for 9 – 16 year olds
(3hr Workshop) $69

You will prepare and cook:

  • Individual Mango & Berry Trifles, made with gelatin free jelly, savoiardi lady fingers, cream and homemade custard

  • Meringues, filled with cream

 You will learn to:   

  • Identify, weigh and measure ingredients

  • Follow a recipe

  • Use knives safely to peel, chop and slice fruit

  • Make a delicious custard for the trifle

  • Whip cream

  • Separate eggs

  • Beat egg white

  • Cook as part of a team

  • Take directions regarding hygiene and safety around the oven and kitchen


All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
