PUMPKIN & RICOTTA RAVIOLI, with brown butter and sage - sold out!

Suitable for 9 – 16 year olds
(2 hr Workshop) $55

You will make:

  • Pumpkin & Ricotta Ravioli

  • Homemade Pasta

 You will learn to:     

  • Read a recipe

  • Identify and measure ingredients

  • Mix your own pasta dough

  • Learn to use a knife safely

  • Zest lemon & grate cheese

  • Mix filling

  • Roll dough using a kitchenaid pasta attachment

  • Cut ravioli shapes, fill with filling and cook

  • Identify key safety aspects around the kitchen

  • Follow instructions and work as a team.


All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.

If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join the same workshop on another day.
