You will make:
Self-saucing Chocolate Pudding
Pear Fritters with raspberry rose syrup
You will learn to:
Read a recipe
Identify and measure ingredients
Create and cook a self-saucing pudding
Learn to use a knife safely to slice pears
Cook fritters in a pan, on the stove
Make an easy syrup and present dessert with yoghurt & syrup
Identify key safety aspects around the kitchen
Follow instructions and work as a team.
All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join the same workshop on another day.
