It’s winter, and there is something incredibly comforting about sitting down to a piping hot fish pie!
You will make:
Smoked Fish Pies, with golden sweet potato topping
You will learn to:
Read a recipe
Use a knife safely to chop vegetables
Poach smoked fish
Measure ingredients
Peel, boil & mash potato
Boil eggs
Identify key safety aspects around the kitchen
Follow instructions and work as a team
All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join the same workshop on another day.
