You will make:
Roast Chicken (butterflied), with fresh herb and lemon flavours
Duck Fat Potatoes
Roast Onions
Chocolate Mousse
You will learn to:
Follow recipes and coordinate timing for a complete meal
Butterfly a chicken
Use a knife safely
Prepare vegetables for roasting
Make a delicious chocolate mousse
Identify key safety aspects around the kitchen
Follow instructions and work as a team
All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join the same workshop on another day.
