(1 3/4 hr Workshop) $50
You will prepare and cook:
San Choy Bow (Chinese Lettuce Wraps)
Create an appropriate table setting, using relevant props
You will learn to:
Follow a recipe
Identify Chinese flavours
Weigh and measure ingredients
Use knives to chop and slice safely
Cook as part of a team
Take directions regarding hygiene and safety around the oven and kitchen
All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join the same workshop on another day.
