You will prepare and cook:
Pork, Ginger & Sesame Potstickers with dumpling dipping sauce
Steamed Chicken Dumplings
Dipping Sauce
You will learn to:
Follow a recipe
Weigh and measure ingredients
Use cooking utensils and equipment
Make dumpling dough for the pork filling, roll to shape & fill
Fill store-bought wrappers with chicken dumpling mixture & steam
Use a bamboo steamer
Make a dipping sauce
Safety and hygiene around the oven and kitchen
Practise using chopsticks!
All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join the same workshop on another day.
