FLAVOURS OF ITALY - VEGETABLE LASAGNE & FOCACCIA BREAD- SOLD OUT!

Suitable for 9 – 16 year olds
(3hr Workshop) $69

You will prepare and cook:

  • Vegetable Lasagne, with roasted vegetables, spinach ricotta and tomato pasta sauce

  • Focaccia Bread - home made

 You will learn to:   

  • Identify, weigh and measure ingredients

  • Read and understand recipes

  • Use a knife safely to cut and slice

  • Roast vegetables

  • Make a tomato sauce

  • Create a dough from scratch then knead before resting, rolling and preparing to bake

  • Cook and work together as part of a team

  • Take directions regarding hygiene and safety around the stovetop, oven and benchtops


All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield.
