Florentine Biscuits
Chocolate Rum Balls
You will learn to, or expand your knowledge of how to:
Follow a recipe
Weigh, identify and measure ingredients
Use a pot to melt ingredients on stovetop
Mix and spoon mixture onto baking sheets to bake
Melt chocolate in double boiler and spread on base of biscuits
Roll balls in coconut
Work together as a team!
