You will prepare and cook:
Baked Cheesecake
Bacon & Corn Chowder
You will learn to:
Weigh and measure all ingredients
Follow and understand 2 different recipes
Beat ingredients, mix and bake
Use knives safely to chop vegetables
Peel vegetables, grate cheese and create a delicious soup
Cook as part of a team
Take directions regarding hygiene and safety around the stovetop, oven and benchtops
All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
