Week 1 (28th July) - New Zealand Battered Fish Bites, with kumara (sweet potato) chips
Week 2 (4th Aug) - Australian Kangaroo Mince (or beef, if preferred!) Hamburger, with a creamy coleslaw salad
Week 3 (11th Aug) - Lamingtons, made from scratch. An Australian classic!
Week 4 (18th Aug) - Italian Ravioli, with spinach & ricotta filling, in a light tomato sauce
Week 5 (25th Aug) - Indian Butter Chicken, with rice
Week 6 (1st Sept) - Mexican Guacamole & corn tortilla chips. Plus, table setting fun!
(If places available, these workshops can be purchased individually for $50 each - refer to specific workshops)
All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
If a student is unable to participate in their enrolled Tuesday or Wednesday Group workshop on a particular week then, subject to availability, they could come on the other day. Telephone or email Jane to arrange
