TERM ITALIA! - 6 workshops exploring the joys of cooking and eating italian food.
Week 1 (10 May) - Three Cheese Ravioli (allow 2 hours). Make fresh pasta, cut ravioli shapes and complete with three cheese filling. Served with a simple tomato & basil sauce.
Week 2 (17 May) - Chicken Parmigiana - prepare crispy crumbed chicken, layered with tomato sauce and cheese and baked in the oven. A family favourite.
Week 3 (24 May) - Tiramisu - non-alcoholic variety (but coffee flavoured of course! A little unhealthy, but delicious!!
Week 4 (31 May) - Minestrone Soup with Meatballs - a nourishing combination of vegetables, stock, pasta and beans. The meatballs make it a meal in a bowl!
Week 5 (7 June) - Seafood Risotto - one of the most popular Italian dishes. A tasty way to include lots of seasfood (prawns, calamari, mussells etc) with tasty rice.
Week 6 (14 June) - Pizza - what better way to finish the Series? We will make dough, roll & top, then style Jane’s Table and enjoy eating pizza together.

All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
