Eggs 3 Ways! / 14-18yrs

Suitable for 14 – 18 year olds (2 Hr Workshop) $50 - held in Jane’s kitchen, clayfield

You will prepare and cook:

  • Poached eggs on sourdough toast

  • Omelette with fresh herbs and cheese

  • Baked eggs in an individual ramekin

You will learn to:

  • Break an egg!

  • Poach an egg (to your liking!)

  • Whisk eggs and pan fry a fluffy omelette

  • Cut fresh herbs safely

  • Use the oven to bake your ramekin egg


If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the age-appropriate workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join an older (or younger group) with their, and a parent or carer’s, permission. 

All classes will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
