Suitable for 14 – 18 year olds (2 Hr Workshop) $50 - held in Jane’s kitchen, clayfield
You will prepare and cook:
Poached eggs on sourdough toast
Omelette with fresh herbs and cheese
Baked eggs in an individual ramekin
You will learn to:
Break an egg!
Poach an egg (to your liking!)
Whisk eggs and pan fry a fluffy omelette
Cut fresh herbs safely
Use the oven to bake your ramekin egg
If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the age-appropriate workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join an older (or younger group) with their, and a parent or carer’s, permission.
All classes will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
