Suitable for 9 -15 year olds
(1 3/4 hr workshop) $50

You will prepare and cook:

  • Ravioli pasta with a spinach & ricotta filling

  • A light tomato sauce

You will learn to:

  • Follow a recipe

  • Identify, weigh and measure ingredients

  • Use knives to chop and slice safely

  • Cut and fill ravioli pasta shape

  • Cook homemade pasta

  • Safety and hygiene around the oven and kitchen

  • Cook together as part of a team

All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.

If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join the same workshop on another day.
