You will prepare and cook:
Ravioli pasta with a spinach & ricotta filling
A light tomato sauce
You will learn to:
Follow a recipe
Identify, weigh and measure ingredients
Use knives to chop and slice safely
Cut and fill ravioli pasta shape
Cook homemade pasta
Safety and hygiene around the oven and kitchen
Cook together as part of a team
All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join the same workshop on another day.
