CHICKEN PARMIGIANA

Suitable for 9 – 16 year olds
(1 3/4 hr Workshop) $50

You will make:

  • Chicken Parmigiana

  • Parmigiana tomato Sauce

 You will learn to:     

  • Read a recipe

  • Use and store knives safely

  • Identify, measure, chop and mix ingredients

  • Learn the technique of “dredging” in breadcrumbs

  • Baking (a healthier option)

  • Make simple tomato sauce

  • Grate cheese

  • Identify key safety aspects around the kitchen

  • Follow instructions and work as a team


All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.

If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join the same workshop on another day.
