It will only be a week until Christmas Day - lets fill the tins!

You will prepare and cook:

• Greek Christmas Shortbread

• Chocolate Truffles

 You will learn to:     

• Read a recipe

• Identify, weigh and measure ingredients

• Use knives to chop, safely

• Cream butter & sugar

• Roll & shape biscuit dough to form a crescent

• Melt chocolate

• Roll truffles in selected toppings

• Cook as part of a team

• Take directions regarding hygiene and safety around the oven and kitchen

All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.

If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join a workshop on another day.
