(1 3/4 hr Workshop) $50
You will make:
Portuguese Baked Eggs - first make a delicious pepper, bean and tomato stew, then add ricotta cheese, eggs and cheese.
You will learn to:
Read a recipe
Use and store knives safely
Chop vegetables, measure and mix ingredients
Break eggs
Cook on stove top and oven
Identify key safety aspects around the kitchen
Follow instructions and work as a team
All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join the same workshop on another day.
