You will prepare and cook:

• Creamy Bacon & Vegetable Pasta Bake

• Nicky’s Biscuits - my sister has made these biscuits for many years but has no idea where the recipe originally came from. They are a simple butter biscuit with golden syrup & cranberries.

 You will learn to:   

• Identify, weigh and measure ingredients by reading a recipe

• Use knives safely to chop and slice vegetables

• Make a cheese sauce

• Cream butter & sugar

• Mix & bake biscuits

• Cook as part of a team

• Take directions regarding hygiene and safety around the oven and kitchen
