3 hOUR workshop - $69

Your group will prepare and cook:

• Sausage Rolls

• Rocky Road

You will learn to, or expand your knowledge of how to:

• Follow a recipe

• Weigh, identify and measure ingredients

• Use cooking utensils and equipment

• Use a knife safely to dice onions and herbs

• Mix beef mince filling and roll in pastry

• Melt chocolate, chop marshmallows and nuts to create a traditional sweet slice

• Follow directions regarding safety and hygiene around the oven and kitchen

• Work as a team
