Your group will prepare and cook:

• Gingerbread Biscuits

• Decorate Biscuits

You will learn to, or expand your knowledge of how to:

• Follow a recipe

• Weigh, identify and measure ingredients

• Use cooking utensils and equipment

• Make a gingerbread dough

• Roll dough & use cutters to form shapes

• Bake biscuits

• Use icing, fondant & sprinkles to decorate biscuits, creating your own designs

• Follow directions regarding safety and hygiene around the oven and kitchen

• Work as a team
