You will prepare and cook:
Crispy Prawn Stir-fry (or pork if allergic to seafood)
Pineapple Salsa
You will learn to:
Read a recipe
Identify, weigh and measure ingredients
Peel a prawn - that’s right!
Use a knife safely to chop and slice vegetables & fruit
Identify, prepare & chop fresh herbs
Cook as part of a team
Take directions regarding hygiene and safety around the oven and kitchen
All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join the same workshop on another day.
